Before qualifying as a solicitor, Scott spent 30 years in nursing, including intensive care. He brings that clinical experience to the analysis and preparation of clinical negligence work.
Scott supervises and manages a focused team of lawyers. The practice is deliberately selective: potential instructions are assessed for merit, evidence, proportionality and the ability to provide an exceptional level of service.
Scott has experience acting on both sides of clinical negligence disputes, including defending doctors and nurses accused of negligence. That perspective helps the team understand how allegations are investigated, challenged and resolved.
